Fergus provides his support for the Nevis Action Group. Highland Council is currently tendering for it's Care Homes to be run, possibly by the private sector. This has caused huge concern throughout the Highlands and in particular in rural areas such as Lochaber and in Badenoch & Strathspey where alternative care arrangements are scarce or non available. Fergus is pictured here at a rally in Inverness protesting at the decision to tender these contracts and is seen with campaigners supporting Invernevis House, Fort William.
